How long does the architectural design process take?
Timelines vary with project scale, but a typical residential design — from concept through approved construction drawings — takes 6 to 10 weeks. Larger commercial or institutional projects take longer; we provide a clear schedule at the start of every engagement.
Do you handle building plan approval and regulatory submissions?
Yes. We prepare and submit your drawings to the relevant State Urban Planning and Development Authority and other regulatory bodies, and manage the approval process on your behalf.
Can you design within a specific budget?
Yes. We work backwards from your budget during concept design, so the scheme you approve is one we know is buildable within your means — not a redesign after the fact.
Do you provide 3D visualization before construction begins?
Yes. Every project includes 3D visualization and renders during the design stage, so you can see and approve the design before drawings are finalized.
I already have a plot but no design brief — can you help?
Yes. We regularly start from a site alone. Our team will walk the plot with you, discuss how you intend to use the space, and develop a brief and concept design from there.
